Five kinds of homemade side dishes + rice, miso soup, pickles + a bite-sized ice cream

・Grilled yellowtail marinated in our special blend of homemade amazake (sweet rice drink) and Saikyo miso
・Tender chicken ham made by sous-vide cooking chicken breast marinated overnight in shio-koji (salted rice malt)
・Chilled homemade tofu made with rich soy milk
Please note that the menu may change depending on the season and ingredient availability.
We also offer a selection of sake and soft drinks.
Cafe
We offer a selection of unique, sake-inspired sweets—like anmitsu with our addictive house-made red bean paste enhanced with shio-koji, melon cream soda made from fresh melon, and non-alcoholic amazake made from rice koji. Each treat is a little special, just like our sake.
